Springdale Cottage Jumbo Golden Raisins are dried grapes that go through a drying process that results in a firm bite, sweet and sour taste and bright golden color. The vibrant color is preserved through the addition of Sulphur Dioxide in the drying process (meets EU standard). The seeds are also removed in the process.
